Personal Banker I

Personal Banker I responsible for teller and new account transactions, cross-selling bank products/services, and resolving customer service issues. Processes deposits/withdrawals, balances cash drawer, detects fraudulent activity, opens various new account types, processes wire requests, and assists customers with debit cards, internet banking, check ordering, stop payments, and closing accounts. Supports consumer loan options and applications, completes in-branch closing for loan customers, and helps with cross-training staff while building relationships through needs-based conversations. Requires attention to compliance and fraud prevention; bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
