Personal Banker I

Establish and promote cordial relationships with customers by promptly attending to inquiries, resolving problems, and suggesting new banking products to ensure maximum satisfaction. Provide accurate account information, open and service existing accounts, and conduct effective checking sales presentations that result in appropriate recommendations. Serve as Teller by maintaining cash drawers, accepting deposits, cashing checks, and processing transactions while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Consult customers on consumer loan options, explain terms, process applications with accuracy, and ensure proper lien perfection. Make qualified referrals to banking partners and introduce customers to the Tell-A-Friend program. Open new accounts by ensuring required documentation is received and archived. Perform branch operational duties as assigned, including cash vault duties where applicable, and participate in marketing campaigns to grow the customer base. Complete training as assigned within expected timeframes.
