Personal Banker I

Deliver exceptional client experience as a Personal Banker I by identifying client needs, offering appropriate banking products and services, referring to internal partners, and uncovering consumer lending opportunities. Build and expand client relationships through financial reviews, proactive solutions, and timely responses; open consumer and business accounts; support teller functions when needed; contribute to cross-selling across business lines. Requires ability to handle cash, balance accounts, and accurately perform calculations; NMLS licensing is preferred. Fully onsite role based in Murrieta, CA.
