Job Summary
Deliver complex home lending solutions including Construction/Building Loans, Investment Lending and First Home Buyer applications while providing a local member-owned banking experience. Proactively connect member needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings with strong listening skills, outline features, benefits, fees, charges, terms and conditions, and the overall value of the products. Manage member bank accounts (opening/closing/transactions/loan rate or product variations) and engage with members via phone to identify and address banking needs with appropriate solutions. Contribute to a high-achieving team environment, build lasting member relationships, and help members meet their financial goals through tailored account and lending solutions. Collaborate with specialists to deliver optimal solutions and support the branch in achieving sales targets and exceptional member service within a dynamic banking environment. The role emphasizes customer service experience, relationship building, and ability to translate member needs into relevant personal banking and home lending guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in home lending essential
- Banking or Financial services experience essential
