Job Summary
Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Delivers a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate banking solutions, educates customers on managing financial transactions with technology and resources, and leverages partnerships to grow customer share of wallet. Acts to create customer loyalty through lobby engagement and proactive outreach, including outbound calling and appointment setting, while adhering to risk policies and branch processes to ensure accurate, efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Typically 3+ years of experience in banking or related field
- Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
