Personal Banker

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and growing customer share of wallet via ecosystem partnerships. Deliver full PNC conversations with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions and mitigate problems effectively. Participate in branch daily operations while adhering to all policies and procedures to manage risk and demonstrate sound judgment within established limits. This role is based in Ontario, CA, with a base salary of $49,500–$82,500. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
