Associate Personal Banker who builds lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations, discovers customer needs, and connects them with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools. Responsibilities include supporting account openings, service requests, and credit applications, performing teller activities with accuracy within risk controls, delivering compliant service, and coordinating with licensed bankers for specialized assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and Wells Fargo will initiate the process after your start date
- Loan Origination/CFPB requirements (LO/CFPB) and compliance with policy including risk and background checks
