Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer share of wallet and retain relationships. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every interaction to identify appropriate products and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures while participating in branch daily operations. This role requires 3+ years of experience and an Associate's degree or equivalent. Base salary ranges from $49,500 to $82,500.

- Associates or equivalent degree

- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
