Job Summary
Act as a subject matter expert in the branch for both customers and colleagues regarding TD's personal and business banking products and policies; provide sound advice to ensure an exceptional customer experience; engage in customer outreach via phone, email, and other means to discuss portfolio updates and opportunities; conduct total financial reviews and provide appropriate recommendations; maintain knowledge of local market trends to support advice; assist with maintaining a professional branch environment and support frontline operations; participate in risk management and regulatory compliance; contribute to achieving business objectives by promoting TD's products and services; demonstrate specialized expertise across a range of banking products and processes; collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service and guidance.

- IFIC or CSC CFSA to be completed upon hire
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
