Personal Banker (Future opportunities)- North Shore of Laval, Laurentides

Advise customers on high-level financial solutions by asking thoughtful questions, engaging with clients, and providing personalized advice to deepen relationships and increase financial confidence. Act as a point of contact for frontline staff to handle customer problems, prepare regulatory-compliant documents, and discuss portfolio updates while maintaining confidentiality. Work closely with existing and prospective customers to suggest additional personalized solutions based on their financial goals and strive to improve service level agreements and productivity targets. Maintain professional space in common areas and participate in team activities to build a positive work environment.
