Job Summary
As a Personal Banker, you will connect with customers to assist them in achieving their financial goals by providing personalized financial advice and solutions. Your responsibilities include advising customers on investment and credit banking solutions, engaging with clients to enhance their financial confidence, and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the branch. A high school diploma with relevant experience is required, and proficiency in MS Office as well as strong communication skills are essential for success in this customer-facing role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
- CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired
- Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes
- Proficiency in software tools including MS Office
- Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent
