Job Summary
Join TD Canada Trust as a Personal Banker, where you will advise customers on financial solutions from a variety of banking products. Engage customers by asking thoughtful questions to create positive experiences, maintain confidentiality, and promote customer loyalty. Responsibilities include conducting financial reviews, discussing portfolio updates, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your role will also involve collaborating with team members to address customer inquiries and participate in process improvements. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, relevant experience, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience
- CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired
- Tactful communicator
- Self-initiator with strong organizational and planning skills
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent
- Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience
- Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes
- Proficiency in software tools including MS Office
