Advise customers on high-level financial solutions by engaging in thoughtful financial questions to deepen relationships and retain clients. Provide personalized financial advice and portfolio updates to increase customer confidence while addressing concerns and raising matters appropriately. Act as a point of contact for frontline staff handling customer problems and ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations. Maintain professional space in common areas and participate in process improvement opportunities to protect organizational interests. Strive to achieve service level agreements and productivity targets while mentoring team members and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a high school diploma or one year of relevant experience, with completion of IFIC within 12 months of hire.
