Job Summary
Act as subject-matter expert in the branch for personal and business banking products, policy adherence, and exceptional customer interactions. Provide sound advice, perform comprehensive financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates and opportunities via outbound outreach, and assist with frontline transactions while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk controls. Demonstrate knowledge of the local market and banking offerings, support a positive branch environment, and contribute to achieving business objectives through customer acquisition, retention, and referrals. Focus on delivering customer-centric financial guidance, building trust, and upholding the bank’s service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1+ years relevant experience
- IFIC or CFSA to be completed upon hire
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
