Job Summary
Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) builds lasting customer relationships by engaging in proactive, meaningful conversations to support financial well-being, connect customers with banking products and digital tools, and deepen engagement. Responsibilities include supporting account openings, service requests, and credit applications; performing cash handling and teller activities with adherence to risk controls; collaborating with branch teammates to ensure seamless handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists; delivering accurate, compliant service while following policies; and promoting referrals to meet customer and business goals. The role requires 6+ months of customer-facing experience, comfort with digital tools, and SAFE registration; the posting notes that visa sponsorship is not available for this position and that Saturdays may be required.
Required Qualifications
