Job Summary
Entry-level Personal Banker on F&M Bank's Mobile Team handles core banking transactions with accuracy per policy, supports multiple Rowan County offices (with occasional Cabarrus County assignments), adheres to security and regulatory requirements (AML, Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Privacy Act), and delivers exceptional client service while promoting bank products and cross-selling opportunities. The role emphasizes operational precision, risk awareness, relationship-building with clients, teamwork, and the ability to learn bank systems and product offerings across diverse office environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail, client service-oriented and sales environment, including cash handling
- Excellent oral communication skills and active listening
- PC usage, bank technology
- Working knowledge of banking system and teller system or ability to learn and understand the systems
- Detail oriented, organized, flexible, initiative
- Knowledge of bank products/services and related technology
