Job Summary
Meet with members and prospective members to provide account services, financial guidance, and value-adding loan solutions. Originates consumer loan applications, analyzes credit reports, and cross-sells relevant products while handling account maintenance, deposits, cash handling, and withdrawals. Engages clients using the PEAK't Service model to explore solutions and refer to internal partners, fostering relationships to increase acquisition and generate revenue. Adheres to all Federal and State laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and demonstrates operational excellence through established policies. This role supports Elevations Credit Union's mission to provide unbiased consumer information and create raving fans through every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of financial institution experience
- 1+ years of lending experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Current notary or receives certification within 90 days of employment
- Personal smart phone
- Monday – Saturday
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Consumer and business lending experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
- Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CUFCC)
