Job Summary
Meet members and prospective clients to deliver account services, financial guidance, and value-added solutions. Originates consumer loan applications, analyzes credit reports, and cross-sells relevant products while managing account maintenance, deposits, cash handling, and withdrawals. Engages members using the PEAK't Service model to foster professional relationships, drive acquisition, and generate revenue. Adheres to federal and state regulations, including the Bank Secrety Act, and demonstrates operational excellence through established policies. Full-time, 40-hour week; Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of financial institution experience
- 1+ years of lending experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Current notary or receives certification within 90 days of employment
- Personal smart phone
- Monday – Saturday
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Consumer and business lending experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
- Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CUFCC)
