Job Summary
Associate Personal Banker role delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate bank products, services, and digital solutions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, submitting credit applications, providing options for bank products, referring financial needs to other bankers, and ensuring compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and LO requirements. Requires customer-facing duties, cash handling may apply, and adherence to policies and procedures; emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and collaboration with internal partners to help customers succeed financially.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- SAFE registration at time of employment
- Meeting LO qualification requirements under Regulation Z (LO)
- Ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Excellent customer service and ability to build relationships
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action
