Personal Banker

Personal Banker role at Commerce Bank supporting customers at the Cross Keys location in Florissant. You will build relationships with customers, conduct needs-based conversations to uncover financial needs, and provide tailored recommendations. You’ll educate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions to improve financial wellness, ensure transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with policies, and refer customers to bank specialists for complex needs. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to meet sales and service goals and participate in an incentive program that rewards performance. Strong sales skills, excellent customer service, adaptability, and solid written/verbal communication are essential, along with proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The role emphasizes delivering a positive customer experience in person and over the phone and supporting ongoing relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
