Job Summary
Interact with customers in person and over the phone to address their financial needs through needs-based conversations and sales fulfillment. Actively listen to understand individual requirements, then educate clients on retail products and digital solutions that enhance their financial wellness. Ensure all financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to bank specialists when appropriate. Deliver an excellent customer experience to meet both personal and branch sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years sales or customer service experience
