Job Summary
Deliver an excellent customer experience in person and over the phone by actively listening to needs and making appropriate product recommendations. Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions that enhance their financial wellness while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Interact with internal departments to refer complex financial needs to specialists and meet personal and branch sales goals. Maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and co-workers while complying with all policies and regulatory requirements. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with the ability to provide an excellent customer experience by easily connecting with customers in-person and over the phone
- Ability to meet personal and branch sales and customer services expectations
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable to a variety of situations with an optimistic outlook that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years sales or customer service experience
- Experience working in an environment with individual and team sales goals preferred
