Job Summary
Personal Banker delivers an exceptional client experience per Breakthrough Client Experience Standards, acquires new and expands existing client relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate products/services, originates consumer and small business lending, opens consumer/business accounts, and supports teller functions as needed. Requires on-site work at Templeton, CA; on-going client engagement, proactive solutions, and referrals to internal partners. Must obtain NMLS within 60 days and have 1 year of banking/teller experience; High School Diploma or GED is required.
