Job Summary
The Personal Banker role focuses on delivering a premier client experience by identifying client needs, offering appropriate banking products and services, and originating consumer lending opportunities. Responsibilities include acquiring and expanding client relationships, opening Consumer and Business accounts, providing proactive service and timely responses, conducting client financial reviews to propose solutions, referring clients to internal partners, and supporting teller functions when needed. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and banking experience; strong cash handling, relationship-building, and knowledge of banking products are essential. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered
- Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills
- Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations
- NMLS preferred
