Job Summary
Deliver exceptional client experience by identifying client needs, offering appropriate banking products and services, and referring to internal partners. Originates consumer lending opportunities and engages clients in financial reviews to provide solutions. Open consumer and business accounts, support teller functions, and help expand client relationships while contributing to branch goals. Requires a High School Diploma or GED; 1 year banking/teller experience preferred; NMLS may be preferred. Onsite role located in El Segundo, CA. Strong cash handling, math, and relationship-building skills are essential to success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 1 year Teller or other banking experience preferred
- Ability to obtain Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred
- Ability to handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations
