Job Summary
As a Personal Banker, you will build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations, uncover financial needs, and connect customers with appropriate banking products and digital tools. You will support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, perform cash handling and teller duties with compliance and risk controls, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs, promote solutions, and refer to licensed bankers or specialists as needed, while adopting digital capabilities to enhance banking experiences. The role requires comfort with digital tools, adherence to policies, and a customer-centric, growth-minded mindset; typical duties include in-branch interactions, outreach, and helping customers manage finances with confidence.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment
