Job Summary
Complete Personal Banker Training Checklist modules and skill assessments. Develop customer growth through daily prospecting and follow-up activities while providing WOW customer experiences aligned with bank policies. Cross-sell bank products and services, protect customer confidentiality, and participate in daily branch operations. Log all customer interactions and follow-ups into Synapsys with detailed notes. Requires one year of related experience in sales or customer service, proficiency with Microsoft products, and ability to work flexible or extended hours with consistent attendance. High school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- One year of previous related experience in sales, customer service, cash handling, bank or financial service provider or college hours
- Military experience
