Job Summary
Complete Personal Banker Training Checklist modules and skill assessments to transition to full status. Grow the customer base through daily prospecting and follow-up while cross-selling bank products and services. Deliver WOW customer experiences in all interactions by maintaining compliance with bank policies and protecting customer confidentiality. Log detailed customer interactions and follow-ups into Synapsys. Participate in daily branch operations to gain proficiency in personal banking areas. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while working flexible or extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- One year of previous related experience in sales, customer service, cash handling, bank or financial service provider or college hours
- Military experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft products
