Job Summary
Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial priorities, advise on product solutions, and deliver forward-looking financial plans. Leverage CIBC's mobile and online banking options to help clients manage their needs, while participating in marketing outreach to deepen relationships and connect clients with relevant opportunities. Work full-time in a Banking Center, potentially including evenings and weekends, and travel between multiple centers within a reasonable distance. This role supports CIBC's mission to help clients achieve their financial goals through a culture built on trust, teamwork, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results
- You need to be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit
- You will be on-site full-time
- You're flexible to work our banking center hours which may include evenings and weekends
- You're flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance
Desired Qualifications
- It's an asset if you have prior banking experience in a similar capacity
