Job Summary
Personal Banker/Branch Service Representative will respond to members' requests for information on various products and services, process transactions at the teller station, open accounts (IRAs, trusts, term certificates, shares, share draft), interview loan applicants, counsel on consumer loan options, fund approved loans, and determine members' financial needs, offering products and services accordingly. Must possess a high school diploma or GED, two years of financial institution experience, and strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel and strong critical thinking. Full-time schedule (Mon-Sat) with flexible availability; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k matching, PTO, holidays, and educational reimbursement. EO E.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two years of financial institution experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and sales skills
- Personal computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Full Time, Mon-Sat, must be available and flexible with schedule
