Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions. Proactively engages with existing customers to grow loyalty, recommending tailored solutions for everyday banking, retail investments, lending, and home financing. Supports customer transactions and resolves issues raised through consumer credit audits to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Applies the risk management framework to protect the bank's assets while making credit recommendations for personal lending transactions. Completes complex tasks including handling escalations and reports suspicious patterns of activity related to money laundering. May work at multiple branches or through various channels based on market needs, with a schedule that may differ week to week.
Required Qualifications
- Mutual Funds license required
- Registration to sell investment products completed - as appropriate for the jurisdiction
- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
- Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience in financial services is an asset
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications
- Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role
