Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects within a branch context, identifies customer banking needs, and provides guidance on financial solutions across everyday banking, retail investments, lending incl. home financing, and small business needs. Conducts needs assessments, recommends tailored solutions, and promotes digital/self-serve options to simplify banking. Builds relationships by generating appointments and engaging with the community, while ensuring accuracy in data entry and adherence to lending policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with branch teams and partners to enhance the customer experience and contribute to overall business objectives. May work at multiple branches or adapt to market needs, with a focus on consultative, service-oriented sales and problem-solving to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
