Job Summary
Educate members on optimizing Blaze services and confidently recommend tailored products to meet their individual financial goals. Process account openings and changes for Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal, and Business accounts while overseeing consumer loan processes per approved guidelines. Build lasting relationships through face-to-face interactions and support team growth objectives by taking initiative. This FT role includes rotating Saturdays with 1.5x pay for those hours. Requires two years of financial services experience, NMLS eligibility, and a High School degree or GED. Salary ranges from $25.20 to $29.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum of two years' experience working in financial services, which includes opening new accounts, lending, and pipeline management
- Eligible to obtain a NMLS ID number within 30 days of hire
- Consistent and reliable attendance

- Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent
