Job Summary
Associate Personal Banker role focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships and proactively offering bank products and digital solutions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with opening new accounts, handling service requests, submitting credit applications, referring customers to partners, and ensuring compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and LO requirements. Bilingual Spanish/English capabilities are preferred to educate customers and connect them with internal partners; position involves cash handling, maintaining cash drawer, and working with a team to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
- SAFE registration at time of employment
- Must pass required language assessment
- Ability to work a schedule including most Saturdays
- Ability to adhere to LO qualification requirements under Regulation Z
- Ability to follow policies and regulations and maintain professionalism
