Job Summary
In this in-branch role, build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations, identify customer needs, and connect them with relevant banking products and digital tools. responsibilities include supporting account openings, service requests, and credit applications; performing cash handling and teller activities; complying with risk controls; and collaborating with branch teammates to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes delivering accurate, compliant service, guiding customers to the right expertise (including licensed bankers when needed), and driving branch growth through referrals and proactive outreach. Requires the ability to work Saturdays and to navigate digital banking tools; SAFE registration is required at the time of employment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
