Job Summary
In this frontline role, you will build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations, lead discovery-driven discussions to understand customer needs, and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools. You will support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, perform cash handling with accuracy, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver a compliant, high-quality customer experience. You’ll balance service with growth by identifying opportunities, making referrals to licensed bankers or specialists, and using digital tools to enhance the customer banking experience. Strong relationship-building, judgment within risk controls, and adherence to policies are essential for success. The role requires flexibility to work Saturdays and to support branch operations across teller and customer-facing activities within a Wells Fargo branch environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- customer-facing experience in financial services is a plus
- comfortable with digital tools and technology
- ability to follow policies and regulations while identifying risk
- flexible schedule including Saturdays
