Personal Banker Associate II - Sandy Springs Area

The role begins with a 4-8 week onboarding and education program that includes rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to pursue the Retail Personal Banker II role. This is a sales-focused position emphasizing development of new and existing customer relationships through a full range of banking products and services (deposits, loans, fee-based services) and proactive cross-selling to an existing customer base. Responsibilities include using consultative sales processes and Financial Needs Assessments to identify needs, deploying Marketing tools (CAMP and others) to set appointments for financial reviews, collaborating with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) for holistic solutions, achieving revenue and customer experience metrics, guiding CSRs on the sales/referral process, and maintaining confidentiality and risk awareness. The program requires travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility, with additional travel for classroom sessions. The role emphasizes professional representation of the bank, adherence to policies, and a strong emphasis on risk management and customer service.
