Job Summary
Retail Personal Banker II role focused on sales development and relationship building through deposits, loans, and fee-based services; responsible for cross-selling to an existing customer base, outbound and in-person outreach, and coordination with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to provide holistic financial solutions; requires consultative sales process, knowledge of Retail products, ability to analyze financial information, and professional representation of the bank; participation in onboarding and training programs with potential classroom travel; emphasis on risk-aware behavior and delivering excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) for employment
- Ability to travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility
