Job Summary
Retail Personal Banker II program graduates become Retail Personal Bankers who focus on consultative sales and relationship-building to meet customer needs with deposits, loans, and fee-based services. The role emphasizes cross-selling to an existing customer base, engagement in outside sales activities, and collaboration with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to provide holistic financial solutions. The position requires maintaining customer confidentiality, adhering to policies and risk management, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting production goals and participating in onboarding rotations and certification at program completion.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment (NMLS)
- NMLS MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers
- Ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions
- Professional representation and communication skills
