Job Summary
Retail Personal Banker II program track with a 4-8 week onboarding and rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. Certification upon program completion to perform as a Retail Personal Banker II, a sales-focused role emphasizing deposits, loans, fee-based services, and customer retention. Responsibilities include building customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessments, recommending banking solutions via CAMP and other tools, proactive outreach for periodic financial reviews, cross-selling to an existing customer base, collaborating with Mortgage/Small Business/Commercial partners, meeting production and revenue targets, and maintaining customer trust while adhering to Bank policies. The role requires S.A.F.E. Act/NMLS registration and travel for training, with primary working location in Orlando, FL.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R)
- NMLS licensing requirements
- Experience in consulting/sales process for financial products
- Ability to travel for training and within affiliate for training
