Personal Banker Associate II

Retail Personal Banker II training program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, leading toward a Retail Personal Banker II role. The role emphasizes sales development and relationship building through deposits, loans, and fee-based services, along with retention of customers. Utilize consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs. Proactively reach out to customers using CAMp and other tools to set periodic reviews, with a focus on cross-selling to an existing customer base and engaging in outside sales activities. Establish relationships with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to provide holistic financial solutions. Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals, and participate in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and risk management, including awareness of compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act and NMLS requirements. Travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility, with potential external classroom training. Strong communication, math, and policy knowledge are essential to professionally represent the bank and support customer needs.
