Job Summary
Program to become a Retail Personal Banker I after a 4-8 week onboarding/education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service; use consultative sales to identify and meet customer financial needs; build thorough customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessment; cross-sell to existing customers; manage teller transactions; collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment); participate in opening/closing processes and in consumer loan/bankcard processes; travel for training; maintain ethical conduct and risk practices; NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration obligations.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
