Job Summary
Retail Personal Banker I program with onboarding and rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to perform as part of the Retail Personal Banker job family. Role focuses on consultative sales to identify and meet customer financial needs, cross-selling, and servicing transactions, while maintaining risk and policy compliance. Will participate in opening/servicing Retail products, support from partnerships across Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment groups, and travel for training. Requires strong communication, numerical ability for credit/financial analysis, professional presence, and adherence to bank policies.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Sales experience or ability to develop comfort with sales activities
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment via NMLS
