Job Summary
Rotational onboarding program leading to Retail Personal Banker I; uses consultative sales to identify and address customer financial needs, and to cross-sell consumer and small business products. Builds customer profiles with Financial Needs Assessments, engages in lobby leadership at Financial Centers or aisle-time activities, and conducts tele-consulting. Responsible for processing teller transactions, collaborating with partners across Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment teams, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to risk policies, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Requires ability to travel for training, strong communication and ethical standards, and compliance with SAFÉ Act and NMLS requirements. Location: Hebron, KY.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment time (NMLS)
- NMLS MU4R questions and registration requirements for employment
