Job Summary
Retail Personal Banker I program leading to a Retail Personal Banker I role after a 9-week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service; serves as a Financial Center/Bank Mart representative using consultative sales to identify and meet customer financial needs; focuses on acquiring new households and deepening relationships; handles teller transactions and supports cross-selling and referrals within a Banking environment; requires familiarity with Retail policies, risk management, and US banking regulations; field/training travel may be required; NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration is needed at employment; strong customer service and professional presentation expected.
Required Qualifications
