Personal Banker Associate I

Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build thorough customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products to recommend appropriate solutions and proactively reach out to customers via CAMP and approved marketing tools. Primarily focus on cross-selling to the existing customer base, engaging in outside sales activities such as membership advantage presentations and community financial literacy events. Establish close working relationships with assigned business partners to refer customers for timely, holistic financial solutions while consistently meeting customer experience and production goals. Provide guidance to customer service representatives with respect to the sales and referral process, act with confidence answering customer questions, and own customer issues. Participate in the opening and closing processes of the Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed, and adhere to established policies to mitigate fraudulent activity.
