Job Summary
Personal Banker I in Venice, FL undergoing a 4-8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, leading toward a Retail Personal Banker I role. Uses consultative sales to identify and meet customers' financial needs with a focus on acquiring new households and deepening relationships through lobby leadership or aisle-time activities and tele-consulting. Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, cross-selling financial products, coordinating with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment partners, delivering excellent customer experiences, adhering to risk and ethics policies, and supporting sales/referral processes. Travel for training within the affiliate and classroom sessions is required. NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration is required for employment.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or combination of education and experience
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) MU4R questions and registration

- Willingness to travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility
