Job Summary
The Personal Banker I program targets training to become a Retail Personal Banker I, using the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and address customers’ financial needs, cross-sell retail products, and engage in outside sales activities while also handling teller transactions and supporting the Financial Center/Bank Mart operations. The role emphasizes building customer profiles, knowing Retail products/services, and maintaining ethics and risk controls, with a focus on developing relationships through proactive outreach, appointments, and community engagement. Requires ability to learn and apply Retail policies, participate in loan and bankcard processes, and travel for training as needed; NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration is required for employment.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R)
