Job Summary
Personal Banker responsible for proactively identifying financial solutions for members by engaging with customers in person and via proactive outbound calls. Responsibilities include interviewing existing/potential members, identifying needs, cross-selling Credit Union services, counseling on money management, performing lending functions (including HELOC and business lending), building and maintaining a book of business, managing new accounts, guiding members on electronic services enrollment, and staying informed on policy updates and industry trends.
