Job Summary
As an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) at Wells Fargo, you will build enduring customer relationships through proactive conversations, understand customers' financial goals, and connect them with banking products and digital tools to support financial well-being. You will support in-branch activities including new account openings, service requests, and credit applications, while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include discovery-driven conversations to identify needs, promoting solutions, making appropriate referrals, handling cash and teller duties with compliance, and guiding customers to appropriate expertise through licensed bankers or specialists. The role emphasizes relationship-building, sound judgment, and adherence to risk controls in a regulated banking environment. Requirements include at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to engage customers to meet banking goals; it also involves a schedule that includes Saturdays and will require SAFE registration after start date.
